Enrollment
Once a new student finishes our online application process and is accepted to St. Paul Catholic School, an online enrollment packet will be sent to the parent for completion. All current students will receive an invitation to re-enroll via email during the month of February.
After the enrollment packet is received, there are several items that are required for your student's file. Please see the link below for more information:

Agreements
Please see your Family Portal account for agreements signed during enrollment. These include agreements in regards to the parent/student handbook, photo and video permissions, Chromebook usage, and before/after care. If anything is to be changed, please contact the school office.

If your child has an allergy or requires medicine to be administered at school, please complete the following forms where applicable:
Medication at School Release Form: Please complete this form if medication is to be administered at school.
Self Administer Asthma/Epi-Pen Form: Please complete if your student will be self-administering allergy or asthma medicine on school property. An emergency plan and appropriate allergy card template must also be completed.
Allergy and Anaphylaxis Emergency Plan: This plan is REQUIRED if your student has an allergy or asthma condition.
